Site Selection Group, a global location advisory, economic incentive, and corporate real estate services firm, is proud to have identified a newly constructed industrial building of 110,000 SF facility for Nelipak Corporation (d/b/a Nelipak Healthcare Packaging) to expand their flexible packaging operations to accommodate class 7-clean room space and 79+ employees for immediate occupancy. In addition, Site Selection Group helped secure economic incentives that can be leveraged to support the upfitting of their new facility and workforce development.

Site Selection Group was able to find a viable labor market and Class A industrial space with all infrastructure in place, which reduced overall speed to market. Economic incentives were acquired, including cash grants, property tax benefits, and job tax credits significantly improving the overall return on investment.
