Site Selection Group, a global location advisory, economic incentive, and corporate real estate services firm, helped Milo's Tea Company identify and secure a 48-acre site for their newest 110,000 SF production facility. This will be their 4th production plant and will better serve customers in the eastern US. Once fully operational, the new facility will accommodate 100+ employees. In addition, SSG helped secure economic incentives that can be leveraged to support site development improvements for the new facility and workforce development.

Site Selection Group successfully optimized Milo’s logistics network, as well as identified a viable labor market and shovel-ready site with all infrastructure in place, thus reducing overall speed to market. Other services provided were the negotiation of economic incentives, including cash grants, property tax benefits, and job tax credits, which significantly improved the overall return on investment.
