Site Selection Group Represents Vision Hospitality Group in Uptown Dallas Acquisition for New Hampton by Hilton Hotel

Site Selection Group, a leading location advisory and corporate real estate services firm, is pleased to announce it has represented Vision Hospitality Group in the acquisition of a highly visible, 0.6-acre site at 3521 Oak Grove Avenue in Uptown Dallas. The site will be redeveloped into a four-story, 148-room Hampton by Hilton hotel, bringing an upper midscale hospitality offering to one of the city’s most sought-after neighborhoods.
The transaction was led by Jeffrey Sheehan, Senior Vice President, and Sean Tooke, Director, of Site Selection Group’s corporate real estate division.
Formerly home to the beloved Manny’s Tex Mex restaurant, the property has sat vacant since 2019 after a fire shuttered the long-standing local favorite. The redevelopment marks a new chapter for the site and reflects growing investor interest in Uptown Dallas, which continues to attract a steady mix of business travelers, tourists, and long-term residents thanks to its walkability, proximity to Downtown, and vibrant retail and dining scene.
Vision Hospitality Group, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is in the final stages of planning and is expected to break ground on the project in Q1 2027. The Hampton by Hilton brand is one of the most recognized in the Hilton portfolio and will offer a blend of value, comfort, and convenience to guests visiting the area.
