Tyler Tillery Joins Site Selection Group as Vice President

Site Selection Group, a leading global location advisory, economic incentive, and corporate real estate services firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Tyler Tillery as Vice President. With over eight years of experience in industrial real estate brokerage, Tyler brings a wealth of expertise in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, and flex space site selection, further enhancing the company’s robust Corporate Real Estate Services Division.

Tyler will focus on managing industrial real estate projects and supporting Site Selection Group’s growth in national and international markets. His background includes leading complex transactions across multiple sectors, including life sciences, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution. With experience at NAI Robert Lynn as Market Director and Vice President, followed by his role at Whitebox Real Estate managing their Industrial Real Estate division, he is equipped with a deep understanding of the intricacies of real estate transactions and client management.

Tyler’s expertise spans a range of specialties, from tenant representation and portfolio sales to project leasing and landlord representation. Some of his notable clients include Zipline Logistics, IQ Supply Solutions, Hilltop Stone, Otis Elevator, and Builders First Source. He is particularly enthusiastic about the industry’s recent push toward nearshoring and reshoring, which he believes could drive transformative growth for manufacturing and logistics operations within the U.S.

Tyler’s commitment to problem-solving and tactical planning is shaped by his early service in the Marine Corps, where he completed multiple combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. An SIOR Associate Member, Tyler holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of North Texas and a Master’s in Commercial Property. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Landen, and their four daughters and is an avid golfer, hunter, and fisherman.
