The article, "CINDE Suffers Deadly Blow, Darkening Costa Rica’s FDI Prospects", written by Cesar Cantu, discusses what the 73% budget loss could mean for Costa Rica's international business community going forward. Bayduss contributed to the article,

I think we know enough about Costa Rica that if we think that it’s the right fit for a certain project, we would still be able to find the data we need to support that. But I don’t know how much more challenging it would be to get that information".
