Site Selection Group’s Michael Rareshide Named 2025 Dallas 500 Honoree

This prestigious honor recognizes Rareshide as one of the most significant and influential business leaders in North Texas for 2025.
The Dallas 500 celebrates visionary executives who are shaping the region through their leadership, innovation, and impact. This year’s milestone edition marked the publication’s 10th anniversary and was commemorated with an exclusive event at the Dallas Museum of Art in November.
As head of Site Selection Group’s data center practice, Rareshide has played a pivotal role in advising global technology leaders, including Windstream Communications, Equinix, Flexential, AT&T Wireless, TierPoint, and XO Communications.
His inclusion in the Dallas 500 reflects not only his impact on the industry but also his role in shaping North Texas as a hub for innovation and growth.
