With over 15 years of experience in economic development, Katie has managed complex, multi-state compliance portfolios across the U.S., primarily supporting industrial manufacturing and distribution projects—including those in the food and beverage sector. She is recognized for her innovative problem-solving approach in navigating fluctuating job counts, wage thresholds, and investment targets in an evolving economic landscape.

Katie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Communication Studies from Hamline University and is a frequent speaker at industry events and panels.
