Jake will support Site Selection Group’s Data Center team through in-depth research and market analysis to guide strategic planning and site selection for mission-critical facilities.

Prior to joining Site Selection Group, Jake specialized in retail tenant representation. That experience laid a strong foundation for his current focus on data center real estate, giving him a broad understanding of tenant needs across asset types.

Jake holds a degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and is an alumnus of The Episcopal School of Dallas. He is particularly interested in how artificial intelligence can be applied to the commercial real estate industry and is eager to deepen his expertise in brokerage and data center strategy.
