Site Selection Group Recognized for e-STORAGE Project in Top 10 Southern U.S. Deals

Site Selection Group, a leading location advisory, economic incentive, and real estate services firm, is proud that e-STORAGE’s project in Shelbyville, Kentucky, has been recognized as one of the top 10 deals in the American South by Southern Business & Development Magazine.
Featured in the Winter 2025 edition, the $712 million project was ranked the No. 1 deal of the quarter, reflecting the transformative impact of the 1-million-square-foot battery cell facility. The development is expected to create more than 1,570 jobs in Shelby County.
Site Selection Group provided a comprehensive location solution, including location analysis, real estate services, and the negotiation of state and local economic incentives.
