Site Selection Group Promotes Beth Land and Chris Schwinden to Partner

Dallas, Texas (February 1, 2023) – Site Selection Group, a leading global location advisory, economic incentive, and corporate real estate services firm, is pleased to announce the promotion of Beth Land and Chris Schwinden to Partners of the firm.
Land and Schwinden have become integral leaders of Site Selection Group, and each represents the firm’s core values of service, innovation, teamwork, and excellence. As partners, they will serve on the company’s executive leadership committee to help drive our future innovation and growth.
Land joined Site Selection Group in 2018 specializing in industrial site selection and economic development consulting. Prior to Site Selection Group, she worked at McCallum Sweeney Consulting and York County Economic Development.
Schwinden joined Site Selection Group in 2015 specializing in advanced location analytics. Previously, Schwinden was with the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina and the North Carolina Department of Commerce.
Their individual contributions have enabled the team to service more than 40 industrial and economic development clients in 2022, which include companies such as Boom Supersonic, Milo’s Tea Company, and Believer Meats.
