Site Selection Group Manages Real Estate and Build-Out for Harte Hanks Call Center

Site Selection Group, a leading location advisory, economic incentives, and corporate real estate services firm, is proud to announce the successful delivery of a 15,000 square foot call center for Harte Hanks in Greenville, South Carolina. From kickoff to completion, the project was delivered in under six months. The fully operational facility opened in time for Harte Hanks’ grand opening on October 22, 2025.
The client engaged SSG to provide both real estate transaction management and project management services. The space required extensive improvements, including a new reception area, breakroom, conference rooms, training rooms, private offices, locker room, and critical modifications to the existing call center layout to meet operational needs.
Typically, a project of this scope, from design through construction, takes 18 to 20 weeks. Thanks to strategic trade partner engagement, proactive coordination, and creative problem-solving, SSG completed the build-out in just 13 weeks.
“The timeline was aggressive, but our team knew going into the project what was on the line. We worked hand-in-hand with Harte Hanks and our trade partners to deliver a space that was both functional and future-ready—on time and on budget,” said Tim Sullivan, Partner at Site Selection Group.
In addition to keeping the project on schedule and within budget, SSG successfully negotiated favorable lease terms, including a substantial tenant improvement allowance, competitive rental rates, and significant free rent. These concessions will help Harte Hanks manage costs while ramping up operations. The new call center is expected to provide 150 jobs in the Greenville area.
