This strategic move marks the client’s expansion into the Midwest and positions them for future growth.
The new facility, spanning 31,000 square feet, is expected to create 23 full-time jobs by 2028, providing a significant boost to the local economy. Site Selection Group played an integral part in identifying the ideal market for the client’s expansion and negotiating the purchase of the property. The decision to establish the facility in Warren reflects the area's strategic location, skilled workforce, and business-friendly environment.
