Michael has over 37 years of experience in the contact center industry. He has held senior executive positions and has a strong track record of enhancing call center performance and productivity globally. He is renowned for his expertise in cost containment, business process outsourcing, and contact center technology. His career includes contributions to companies such as JP Morgan Chase, USAA, Regus, Direct Energy, 1800Flowers.com, and AmplifAI.
