Bays was selected as a finalist in the Emerging Company Leader of the Year category for companies with fewer than 50 employees. The Leadership Excellence Awards recognize North Texas executives who demonstrate strong leadership, business performance, culture, and community impact.
As Managing Partner, Bays plays an integral role in Site Selection Group’s strategic growth and client service efforts. He advises companies on location strategy, economic incentives, and corporate real estate decisions while helping lead the firm’s continued expansion.
