Site Selection Group, a global location advisory, economic incentive, and corporate real estate services firm, assisted a leading business process outsourcer in establishing a new call center in Medellin, Colombia. The facility will be located in the heart of Medellin, offering direct access to the city for employees. The state-of-the-art call center is expected to open in the Fall of 2023. This is the second call center project that Site Selection Group successfully completed in Colombia for the company.
