(Dallas, 11/17/2020) Site Selection Group, a global location advisory, economic incentive and corporate real estate services firm, negotiated a 29,070 square foot lease for the headquarters and call center of a leading business process outsourcer. The company was previously located in Farmers Branch and decided to relocate after a year long site selection search that analyzed workforce commuter trends. The relocation significantly reduced their facility size and overall operating costs. “We successfully negotiated over $550,000 in annual lease cost reduction with flexible lease terms,” explained Sam Pruitt, partner at Site Selection Group, who managed the project.
