Jesse Davis Joins Site Selection Group as Project Management Associate

Site Selection Group, a leading global location advisory, economic incentive, and corporate real estate services firm, is pleased to announce that Jesse Davis has joined our rapidly growing team. As an Associate supporting the Project Management team, Jesse will play a key role in managing all aspects of project management for a real estate portfolio management account with over 700 locations in North America. His responsibilities will encompass the entire project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Jesse brings extensive experience to his new role, having previously served as the Director of Plant Operations at a senior living facility. In that capacity, he was responsible for managing contractors and vendors, maintaining the property, and ensuring compliance with fire safety and inspection standards. His background in facilities management also includes working in multifamily housing, conference centers, hotels, college dorms, and high-rise buildings, where he consistently delivered operational efficiency and met strict budgeting standards.
