Fortune 500 Telecom Company Relocates 130,000 Square Feet Customer Service Center

Site Selection Group, a global location advisory, economic incentive and corporate real estate services firm, completed a lease transaction of 130,000 square feet for a Fortune 500 global telecommunications company. The customer service center will be relocating and expanding in Richmond, Virginia and will employ over 1,300 employees. The new location resulted in the redevelopment of a large vacated retail property that will significantly improve the area.
“We successfully negotiated a new, long-term lease which resulted in the relocation our client’s Richmond customer services center to more inspiring facility promoting the company’s customer obsessed culture and also helped the community revitalize an older retail property,” explained Sam Pruitt, Partner of Site Selection Group, who led the site selection search and negotiations.
