(Miami, Florida, 08/25/2021) Site Selection Group, a global location advisory, economic incentive, and corporate real estate services firm, assisted a leading financial services and collections firm with restructuring and renewing their corporate headquarters lease in Palmetto Bay, Florida. The 16,195 square foot lease was restructured to provide optimal flexibility for the company over the next five years. Jake Wilson, Sam Pruitt, and Gaby Gear with Site Selection Group representing the financial services firm in the negotiations. This is the second lease transaction that Site Selection Group has completed for the company.
