(Dallas, 10/15/2020) Site Selection Group, a global location advisory, economic incentive and corporate real estate services firm, represented a national electrical supply distributor in the relocation of a 75,000 square feet distribution facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Throughout the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Site Selection Group was able to negotiate significant rental concessions enabling the client to relocate to a newer facility over a year prior to their current location’s lease expiration and tripled their size without any immediate increases to their overall real estate expenses.
