D CEO Magazine Announces 2021 Power Broker Recipients

Site Selection Group, a global location advisory, economic incentive and corporate real estate firm, is proud to announce that Josh Bays, Sam Pruitt, Michael Rareshide, Jordan White and King White have been named amongst D CEO Magazine’s list of Top Brokers in Dallas-Ft. Worth for 2021.
The D CEO Power Brokers were selected by North Texas commercial real estate firms according to the individuals who generated the most revenue for their companies in 2020.
Josh Bays is a founding partner of Site Selection Group. He has been instrumental in leading and growing the company’s industrial practice. Bays has developed various cutting-edge analytical platforms that have enabled clients to optimize their location decisions. This will be his fourth year in a row on the Power Broker list.
Sam Pruitt is a founding partner of Site Selection Group. Pruitt brings over 25 years of experience to the company with particular expertise in site selection and real estate negotiations. This will also be Pruitt’s fourth year on D CEO’s list.
Michael Rareshide has been with Site Selection Group since 2015. He has over 25 years of experience with real estate portfolio management and data centers. This year will make Rareshide’s third appearance on the Power Broker list.
Jordan White is a vice president in the corporate real estate services division. With over 10 years of experience, he has advised companies on complex real estate decisions across multiple geographies. 2021 is the first year White has appeared on the Power Broker list.
King White is the CEO and founder of Site Selection Group. He has over 25 years of experience in site selection, economic incentives and corporate real estate across the globe. Under his direction, Site Selection Group has become one of the largest independent full-service location advisory, economic incentive and corporate real estate services firms.
