Company Relocates Headquarters to 5,010 Square Foot Office Space

Site Selection Group, a global location advisory, economic incentive and corporate real estate services firm, recently helped a client relocate their office headquarters to a 5,010 square foot space in Allen, Texas. The company was looking to relocate further north to the 75 corridor into the Allen/Mckinney submarket while also downsizing in order to lower their annual rental obligations. Steven Schneider, a Senior Vice President at SSG, who brokered the deal alongside Luke Harp, explained, “Site Selection Group was able to find the client a move in ready, below market Sublease opportunity in Allen, Texas, cutting their space by 50% to allow them to utilize their space more efficiently."
