Site Selection Group is pleased to announce that Coast Professional, Inc. has opened a new 36,056-square-foot contact center at 401 White Horse Road in Voorhees, New Jersey.
Operations began on June 15, 2026. The new facility is expected to create approximately 350 jobs and represents an estimated $2 million investment. The location will support Coast’s expanding work across state government programs, including customer service operations related to tax relief inquiries.
Site Selection Group provided site selection consulting and real estate brokerage services for the project. Senior Partner Sam Pruitt led the engagement, helping Coast identify and secure a location that could meet the staffing, operational and timing requirements of its government contract.
Through the lease negotiation process, Site Selection Group also helped Coast secure favorable economic terms, including reduced rental costs, free rent and a significant tenant improvement allowance.

The new Voorhees operation expands Coast’s contact center capacity while bringing new employment opportunities to the community. The project also demonstrates the importance of integrating location strategy and real estate negotiations when launching a time-sensitive contact center operation.
