Chime Solutions Expands Creating 450 Additional New Jobs in Southern Dallas

(Dallas, 1/13/2021) Site Selection Group, a global location advisory, economic incentive and corporate real estate services firm, represented a leading contact center solutions company, Chime Solutions, in the expansion of their call center facility located at the former Redbird Mall in Southern Dallas. Site Selection Group initially secured 50,000 square foot for 1,000 employees at a facility for them in late 2019. The latest expansion calls for an additional 30,000 square feet that will enable Chime to create over 450 new jobs by 2023. Site Selection Group negotiated approximately $1.6 million in savings over the lease term through the rent reduction, rent abatement and increased tenant improvement allowance.
