Australian Tech Firm Relocates in Dallas

(Dallas, 04/19/2021) Site Selection Group, a global location advisory, economic incentive, and corporate real estate services firm, negotiated a 3,508 square foot lease for Dubber at Harwood No. 4. at 2828 North Harwood Street. Dubber is a telecommunications and tech firm founded in Australia.
Real estate brokers expect more office rental deals to be signed in the second half of 2021 as businesses bring their employees back to the office and relocations to the area increase. “Harwood International is experiencing a boom in lease signings as more and more companies are choosing Harwood as their corporate home,” Kelly Whaley, Director of Leasing at Harwood International, said in a statement. Steven Schneider and Luke Harp, of Site Selection Group, facilitated and negotiated the lease for Dubber.
